Yes,: But also check in with your doc as well regularly, so any problems you might come across, be DX and properly sorted out. Not eating at all is bad for you and most likely be impossible to do, as the body needs regular intake to run its basic functions, like the heart beating, breathing, function of the various organs, etc. Good luck.
