Education/Patience: Losing weight is hard to do unless you and your mother adopt some long term discipline and change her eating behavior. This can be done but it takes time and patience. She should eat less and exercise more (walk daily). Also use low calorie foods which can be good fillers( salads and veggies/fruits) yet have low calories, but watch out that you do not add too much of dressings! avoid animal fats/me.
