BMI: Her body mass index is at 27. In general we want BMI to stay at <= to 25. Also have to consider how much middle body fat she has. If she's pretty thick around the middle she is at higher risk for health issues. Also consider her ability to exercise without shortness of breath or chest pain. There is more than her weight and her height to look at
