Possibly nothing: Enlarged nodes in the groin are not uncommon. Most often they are benign. If the nodes are stable and not increasing in size for 2 years of watching, then i doubt that they are diseased. Under these circumstances nothing further needs to be done. If they increase in size then a biopsy would be in order..
