See a doctor: There are several potential causes of generalized lymphadeopathy, i.e. enlarged or inflamed lymph nodes in more than one area of the body. Most causes aren't serious, but sometimes it could be, such as lymphoma (lymphatic cancer), HIV, syphilis, and others. To be safe, see a doctor -- perhaps an internist or infectious diseases specialist -- to confirm the findings and guide further evaluation.
