A member asked:

Male 25yrs i have had swollen lymph nodes in my right groin for about two years. blood test are negitive and ultrasounds show mutiple? doctors unsure?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably nothing: Lymph nodes may become enlarged and remain that way because of inflammation in a surrounding area. The pelvis is a "dirty" region of the body, and inguinal or groin nodes are commonly enlarged. If these have been stable 2 years it is probably benign, but if you remain concerned, biopsy may provide the answer to your question.
