Not a big problem: A weight of 6.3 kg for a 9 month baby is actually above average. As babies become more mobile (creeping, crawling, etc.) which they do after 6-7 months, they will lose some of their "baby fat" and look thinner. It is also possible that your baby is tall - or long - for age, which would also make her look thinner. Normal growth is determined by comparing weight to length, which the doctor checks.
