Rash On Feet: You may have eczema or tinea pedis(athletes foot). You should see your primary care physician for further evaluation and treatment.

Rash : Eczema responds to moisturizers and topical corticosteroids whereas tinea pedis ( involving sides of the feet and in between the toes) responds to antifungal creams.
