OTC creams: Tinea pedis or athlete's foot often involves the area between the toes. Anti fungal creams are effective for tines pedis whereas Hydrocortisone cream would typically be effective for eczema. Most cases of eczema need moisturizing while tines pedis areas need to be kept dry.
