Get evaluated: Neither eczema or ringworm will affect the eyeball itself. The skin of the lids may have such a process & treatment would be similar to those of the rest of the body. It would be prudent to have this looked at, so close to the eye so treatment can be specific & quickly reduce risk of scarring.

Agree with Dr. F: You may try an over the counter treatment like Lotrimin. If it does not resolve the matter in a week or so, see a dermatologist.
