FIrst, you need to..: ...Be sure of the diagnosis. Many people & some doctors assume every baby rash is eczema. If it is, there are several kinds, and treatment varies. Choice of treatment is best left to a dermatologist because most of the steroid creams used on adults are too strong for babies. A bleach bath (1/4 cup bleach in tub of bathwater) is a cheap & effective option until you can get to a dermatologist.
