What symptoms are common in cervical cancer vs signs of a ovarian cyst?

Vaginal bleeding: Ovarian cysts are rarely symptomatic and do not cause vaginal bleeding. Cervix cancer will cause abnormal vaginal bleeding as the main feature/symptom.
