My mother is 58. premenopausal since age 48 history of ovarian cyst. had some precancerous cells on cervix that was removed. uterine lining went from 9mm to 12.5mm. had biopsy today. chances of cancer?

Endometrial thickness of one centimeter or greater requires a biopsy to detect possible abnormal cells. Most at age "58" are not cancerous, but preliminary changes which could lead to malignancy should be treated accordingly. Consult with a GYN physician for guidance.
