Whey protein is..: The protein in milk without the carbs ( lactose) or milk fat. It is the best protein commercially available and is made as a powder or shake. You should use it to increase protein intake in your diet, if it is low, or if you are on a heavy cardio- or weight training program. It definitely works! you do not need the "pro complex." waste of money! if a weight trainer, you need 0.9g/lb of weight!
