Insomnia can be a symptom of sleep apnea, as sleep apnea, interrupts sleep and can cause micro or macro arousals from sleep and decreased oxygen to the brain, overnight sleep study can confirm the diagnosis. Excessive daytime sleepiness and not feeling rested or poor quality of sleep can be indicative of insomnia also

sleepier and sleepier, with gradual muscle relaxation will work. you can make a tape of your voice of a scene you like or buy one and try it. Go to bed at the same time and dont drink alcohol or lots of caffeine beforehand. Good luck.
