Unsafe: your history and oversose on ambien (zolpidem) are both bad for sleep tablets used with a pt with OSA. seek medical attention as it suggests on the label as well as a better discussion of your med history and med issues with your past and future ambien (zolpidem) prescribers

Would consult: FDA doesn't recommend dosage above 10mg. I would recommend seeing a sleep specialist or someone trained in CBT for Insomnia if you are having to use higher than recommended dosages.
