If your heart rate reading of 220 was accurate and was a sustained burst of tachycardia you should see a cardiologist who will arrange for outpatient cardiac monitoring. An average heart rate of 56 is slow. The combination of tachycardia and bradycardia may indicate a sick sinus syndrome which the cardiologist will assess and recommend other testing & treatment if needed.

There is abnormal variation in your heart rate and Oxygen saturation levels. No apnea is not consistent with obstructive sleep apnea, but the test should be reviewed. A virtual consult with Healthtap is available until seen by the specialist.
