Nausea and Vomiting: Bowel obstructions are blockages. With an obstruction you should see bloating, pain, and possibly vomiting. Partial obstructions have similar symptoms nut not as severe. If you are still able to eat i would consider partial low grade obstruction but also slow transit constipation. Ex lax may make an obstruction worse. Best to have your dr order a contrast diagnostic study.

PSBO and SBO: If you haven't had a bowel movement in 20 days, you need to see a doctor right away. Degrees of obstruction can be seen on an X-ray or CT scan of the abdomen.
