Hard time passing gas unless in certain positions. last solid bm was on the 9th, been constipated or going little since. some stomach discomfort and i think bloat (overweight), can hear intestines sometime. could it be bowel obstruction or impaction?

As long as you pass gas you are not in obstruction. You can have impaction. Best is to get checked by your MD who will also treat it.
