Hi I had no bm for 5 days. I took Citrate of Magnesia had watery diarrhea-like stools 3 trips. My question is if the lack of bm comes back in a few days, could it mean something much ?more serious? Bowel obstruction? Colon cancer? Something Else??
I wasnt near a toilet for 3 hours so had to resist urge to go. When I came to going, bowel movement extremely painful and hard to pass felt like blockage up in rectum. Can resisting urge to poop cause colon or bowel cancer?
