Time management : Good sleeping habits will help you be more efficient and awake. Try yo avoid heavy, fatty meals, snack healthy and more often ;ie smaller mesls. Set a time to work out 2-3 times a week at least for 1/2 hour.Try to limit your caffeine intake and take a multivitamin daily . Keep well hydrated with water, avoid soft drinks.
