Compensate: Some people find working from home isolating -- they miss the social stimulation of being in an office with other colleagues. Is this the case with you? If so, perhaps you can make up for this by socializing with others in your non-work hours. Consider any other factors you're missing. See about compensating or rearranging your work tasks to optimize both your work & life.

Mental Health: Your health will benefit from daily exercise and good nutrition. Psychotherapy can be very helpful in helping you regain a balanced life. Consult with a mental health professional in your area who specializes in job stress and anxiety. Best wishes.
