Last time sexually actively february 29th got regular period in march. this month extremely stressed due to job loss &corona fears have not gotten period during placebo week only 1 day dark blood. multiple negative pregnancy test, what can this be?

Ptregnancy ?: Your comments suggest a "placebo week", which generally means one is on oral bcp's. The placebo week bleeding is just withdrawal bleeding from very low dosage bcp's, so "one day of dark blood" is possible. A more accurate pregnancy test is a serum HCG test. Do not miss starting the next pack of bcps at the end of the placebo week, or ovulation may occur !
