Start with an exam: by your doctor. Lab work may reveal anemia or endocrine problem. Good sleep of 8 hours or more is important. History of snoring may suggest sleep apnea, which will cause constant fatigue. Many individuals with chronic headaches do not tolerate caffeine, chocolate, or foods like aged cheese, sausage, alcohol/red wine. Stress is a big culprit. Consider options to change that. Good luck.
