Confusing : You say you're 40 y/o but your listed profile age is 47. Not sure what you're asking but generally to get fit, start slow with a walking program. Build upon that. My rule, add 1% daily to your routine daily. Keep building from walking to a faster walk, to a jog, to a run, etc.
