Low sodium & fat: We do not know his medical history. At his age he probably has some atherosclerosis if he eats foods from animal origen? Most people in industrialized countries should be on low saturated fat, low salt/sodium and restriction on calory intake if overweight. The rest depends on whether or not he has other conditions.
