Skinny is good: If you are otherwise healthy, being skinny is not an illness and do not try to put on weight. Soon enough you will start gaining weight and miss this time when you could eat what you wanted and not gain weight. Eat a mixed diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, low fat milk products; low in saturated fates, no tobaco and no more than one drink a day, exercise 30 minutes a day.
