I would get the app Cronometer and enter what you eat and what you burn with exercise. Then increase your calories by following the DASH eating plan and set calories so you will gain weight. Your weight = calories eaten/drank-calories. Eat more than you burn and weight goes up. A healthy BMI is about 25. Calculate that and work towards your goal.
