May be problem: To have cut abs you have to make sacrifices. The average fat percentage of those glorified bodies in the sit-up commercials is 5%.Since most thin folks still carry 10-15%, your work is cut out for you.That means dropping another 5-10% of your body weight, hopefully as fat.To do that you restrict carbs so your body turns fat mass to glucose to get it off.
