Depends: Artery occlusions that occur suddenly (traveling embolism or injury) have more symptoms than occlusions with gradual onset. Radial and ulnar artery bring blood flow into your hand, so hand pain or ulcers are symptoms. Interventions to remove occlusion have risk. The risk of leaving occlusion is analyzed against these risks. Blood thinners alone may be okay ask your doc.
