Heart surgery 2014. recent surgery to remove scar tissue left lung. one-week later repeat surgery to stop artery bleed l-lung. 2-liter clot. now large bubbles from the bottom of left lung to top. med pain. bubbles on exertion or moving?

There is an association with pneumothorax and a bubbling sensation. A chest CT is recommended. Your physician may elect to obtain a chest x ray initially. Watch for shortness of breath, chest pain and nausea. Other causes include GI upset.
