Took uti test and it came back pos. for leukocytes, but not nitrites- does that mean it's a uti could it be inflammation from something else?

Nitrates = ecoli: It just means its less likely to be e-coli. Yes, inflammation from a variety of sources can cause leukocytes in the urine, but at your age, if you are symptomatic and don't have nitrates it's most likely a non-ecoli bacterial uti.
