Possible: Not all UTIs give positive nitrite.Leukocytes could be present if urine not very cleanly collected in female(by wiping very well with antiseptic pad &labia separated).Only sure proof of infection is culture.If you did a dipstick test at home,I presume you are having symptoms. Best to see doctor & probably you will be given antibiotic probably after giving urine specimen.
