i am 27 and underweight, being a diabetic, can i take low carb n low sugar supplements to gain weight?

You need to...: ...See whatever doctor is helping you take care of your diabetes to ask if you are really under weight (malnourished) or just thinner than you'd like to be. If you are genuinely under weight, your doctor may want to investigate why that is.

Could supplements and vitamins be causing me to have green watery stools in my second trimester?

No: While anything is possible, it is unlikely. It could be a virus. I would suggest starting a probiotic (good bacteria). This should help balance the digestive system out, but also there is a study that showed that women who took a probiotic during the second half of pregnancy had children with less risk of allergy concerns.

Not much you can do: I assume you are close to delivering. Honestly there is not much you can do at this point. You can try a warm bath or heating pad. You can try lying on your back with a pillow under your knees.

Unlikely: If you do not have a history of premature delivery then lifting weights generally does not cause premature delivery. It can however cause back problems or pulled muscles. I recommend not repeatedly lifting anything more than thirty pounds during the third trimester.

Are upset stomach and constipation normal after starting to use iron supplements?

Yes: Iron frequently leads to upset stomach and constipation. Although iron can be dosed up to 3 x per day. Most patients cannot tolerate that often due to the abdominal pain that it causes. Sometimes adding vitamin C helps with iron absorption.
