Need more info: Need to know more about the symptoms, laboratory tests, past medical history and imaging. Many questions to ask like: is it getting bigger? Or is there a productive cough? It could be congenital, indolent infectious, inflammatory or less likely tumor given the long history.

My xray shows Minimal fibronodular opacities are seen in the right upper lungs with no strong suspicions of active TB but they recommended sputum test. My xrays before, 4 years ago is still the same. What does it mean in a point of view of a Doctor?
