Concerned: A new pulmonary nodule is concerning. Probably not TB since skin test has been positive and "clear" chest x-ray in 2009. See pulmonologist for workup.

M.D. visit: If your TB test is positive the chest x ray can be used as a screening test to determine changes which can be caused by tb. Your doctor may order additional testing and perform a lavage of your lungs to send the washings for TB cultures. It is important to be evaluated.
