Lots: It's hard to say. I don't know anyone who has ever had regrets for doing yoga everyday. Yoga can change a lot in you emotionally, physically and spiritually. It does depend on how you practice and what you want out of it. The benefits can be enormous if you do it sensitively. Good luck.
