H. Pylori: H. Pylori is a common pathogen involved in chronic gastritis and ulcer disease. You certainly can have recurrent h. Pylori infection. After gastric bypass, this is less likely, but endoscopy and other work-up is certainly indicated with new symptoms after gastric bypass.
