Consult your doctor: Diane-35 used for acne in woman also as contraceptive, menstrual regulator as in your case , recently in france and australia adverse effects noted like phlebitis, thromboembolism even death , your heart rate is high may or may not be related , you must see your doctor now and take advise to continue or to stop.
