I have been taking montek lc for past seven years..... started with daily dosage and now i take a tab every 3to4 days.... past two years i have high blood presure, lot of dreaming in nights, gastric issues and lot irritation and agitation.... uneven heart

Montelukast: While this medication can rarely cause the symptoms described in this question, it would be unusual to present 5 to 7 years after starting the medication. As deemed safe by your Dr the medication can be stopped to see if the symptoms subside. It would not be surprising to fins out that these symptoms are causes by conditions unrelated to Montelukast and should there by be elevated.
