Bump rhinoplasty : It is very cool on to have subtle irregularities after a rhinoplasty. If it not visible and enlarging there is nothing worry about.

Rhinoplasty bumps: As the swelling lessens and skin thins, some irregularities occasionally can be felt under the nasal skin. If it is not visible, leave it alone for now.

Bumps after Rhino: Small invisible irregularities after rhinoplasty are probably little edges of cartilage or bone that are becoming easier to feel as the swelling after surgery continues to improve. There is nothing to worry about, since even noses that have never been operated upon will have little irregularities.

Normal: Small bumps along the bone and cartilage are normal with or without surgery. If you can't see them, and they are not getting larger, they are usually ignored. If there is any question, follow up with your surgeon.

Normal progression.: Because the skin and soft tissue is different in certain parts of the nose the patient may feel irregularities in the bone when pushing down. However the goal is aesthetic look, not necessarily a feel.
