Tests help: Swollen lymph nodes in the abdomen (stomach) on ct scan could be due to infection, inflammation, or tumor depending on the size, shape, location, and characteristics of the lymph node on ct scan. The doctor should be able to figure out based on the look of the lymph node and what else is going on in the abdomen what tests are needed next.

Need more info.: This could be due to infection or inflammation, tumor including cancer, or possibly be residual from a prior disease. It could even be normal for you. Please see your doctor and have a complete workup.

Monitoring Centers: Lymphatic system absorbs/carries things too big to go into the arteries/veins like bacteria eaten by white cells and digested food. Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph for anything bad like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts. They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create further workup is needed in your case.
