Green tea : Is safe for daily consumption. It does have caffeine so it may stimulate you if over consumed. It is also high in antioxidants.

Safe, but: It won't help you lose weight. You can only do that by eating less and exercising more -- plus the diet rx's you're already on can help you, but only for as long as you take them. The diet and exercise can work for the rest of your life. If obesity is severe, bariatric surgery should at least be investigated.
