Probably simple fill: Most likely it can be repaired with a simple filling but get it checked before it becomes a larger problem

Sensitivity: First your Dentist will determine cause of sensitivity. Could be from chip, gum recession, occlusal trauma, etc. then your Dentist will determine the appropriate treatment. If it's from a small chip. A simple filling may resolve the sensitivity. Go now. Easier to fix small problem than bigger one.
