I have vd in right eye&had no stich cataract i use predforte to treat inflam in my eye.also since sergery use refresh, should i use presarv free better?

As a generalization, preservatives in eye drops can cause irritation in some cases and those people are better off using preservative free eye drops.

VD??: Venereal disease? If you have std in your eye and you just had cataract surgery--you probably need more than preservative free artificial tears. Go see your eye surgeon!
