Low TSH: Tsh is very low. Need to check the lab normals. But i think you are hyperthyroid now. Check with your doctor.

Total thyroidectomy 6.5 yrs ago (no cancer). I havent missed any Synth. 137mg pills but labs today show HYPO (TSH 11.8, FreeT3 1.9 & T4 good) My Thyroglobulin Antibodies are 332 & TPO AB 24.5 HIGH! I thought No thyroid = No Antibodies. So why?
My kid has been on same dose synthroid 125mcg since thyroidectomy 7 yr ago (nodules not cancer) and tsh yesterday is 0.3L with t4 1.9 H and they want to leave dose alone - does that sound correct?
