My son who is 8 years old has a normal tsh of 1.04 ,high t3 of 230 normal is 207 and high t4 of 14.1 normal is 12.his thyroid ultrasound is absolutely normal.he has no symtoms of weight loss or rapid heart rate.what should be done?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests.
