Complex answer: If you have GI disease, then treatment for that is the most important issue. Adequate calcium and vitamin d obviously important. Oral contraceptives may help. Exercise and strength training will strengthen bones. Other treatments would depend on severity of osteoporosis (based on measurements).

?gluten sensitivity: I would check a blood test screening for celiac sprue aka gluten sensitivity. This disease presents with diarrhea and malnutrition and osteoporosis can be part of the picture. The treatment is a gluten free diet.
