A member asked:

Is it bad too drink alcohol & caffeine soda if you have osteoporosis in 30 year old male?

Yes: Sodas dont have calcium in them and contain phosphoric acid which increases the excretion of calcium worsening osteoporosis. Caffeine also leaches calcium from the bone. Drinking it occasionally is ok however.

Thanks for asking!: Caffeine is know to decrease bone mineralization. But a rare drink should be fine if no other issues.
