Weight gain: Assuming your general diet is healthy, I would try to eat 1/3 protein, 1/3 vegetables and fruits and 1/3 fats. I would increase calories with good quality fats: nut butters, high-fat meats, such as bacon, coconut oil, butter or ghee. If you eat a lot of vegetables, add butter to the vegetables. Good quality ice cream is a good high- calorie choice.
